These have everything you want in a circular needle. The ebony is luscious, the joins between the needles and the cord are perfectly smooth, you never have that sense of forcing your stitches over a hump. The cords are beautifully smooth and they lay however you want them to, not how they come curled up in a package. The picture shows Noro Silk Garden, which is slippery enough to make my hands cramp up when I tried to knit it using the expensive nickel-plated needles. These needles are just right. The stitches stay in your hands if you're working them, but slip past easily as you go on through the row. I highly recommend them.
I like the knitting needles they are different then the one i usually use but I like that I can move the stitches closer to the needle that helps a lot. I'm making a blanket with the ones I got. So looking forward to using them more I just started this blanket.

I picked this up from my local yarn shop. There were two different selections, and this one was beautifully crafted, weighted and the bearings allow it to spin effortlessly. It is easily transportable. I prefer pulling my yarn from the outside of a cake or ball. I find it neater, and less likely to twist onto itself when pulling from the inside and most important for me twisty yarn can change my stitch definition.

I love the new blue cable on the needles. They do not curl at all! Beautiful, smooth wood, also. Very lovely to use.
