These are the latest additions to my knitting needles I was curious about them. BUT I’m totally surprised by both the quality and functionality of these needles. It is so comfortable to knit with them and the needles do not get heavy with yarn ( as opposed to circulars)
I would definitely recommend them
The feeling my hand feels is warm, smooth, and lightly smooth. I feel like I can use these all day long and accomplish more knitting. These are great and even the cord is not Barbed wiry. The cord feels thin and flexible and it won't kink, also the rotating attached makes for a clean join. Highly recommended and I am Definitely buying the set of these great Knitting Needles from Two Ladies.
I'm a 77 year old Vietnam Veteran. My Mother taught me how to knit 70 years ago. Circular needles were the only thing I knew until My Two Ladies changed my knit life. How do I describe straight knitting? 1. The actual movement of stitches (loading up the supply needle) is easier. 2. I have to verify this, but I found in my first attempt that I didn't have to cast on as many stitches to equal what I would have cast on using circular needles. 3. As the blanket grew in size I found it was easier to manipulate before starting a new row. 4. The stop block moved with ease and helped with the management of moving stitches to ready them for stitching. 5. The real bonus came in the length of the needles. I had been looking for longer needles and was relieved and thankful for the longer needles on these straight needles. They fit so much better in my hands. It's not an effort to hold and manipulate the longer needles as it does with shorter ones. My only regret is that I won't have 70 years to look forward to knitting with these straight needles.
I typically use circular needles because I don't like the lack of flexibility of straight needles. These adjustable needles are terrific because unlike some circulars needles, the needles are long enough to hold easily yet have the length and flexibility of circulars. I love that I can move the sliding stopper to position the stitches as close to the edge of the needles as possible. They shipped very quickly which I appreciated.
Love feel of wood,. Quick shipping. Adjustable length of cord.he

I had not used adjustable needles until now
I had not used adjustable needles until now. What an unexpected bonus. The end product is thicker ( more bulk). With fixed needles I’d cast on 60 stitches. With adjustable I can reduce that to 45. I like the thicker feeling to my afghans. My only concern is the filament. I’d like to straightened the line but don’t know how to.

These have everything you want in a circular needle. The ebony is luscious, the joins between the needles and the cord are perfectly smooth, you never have that sense of forcing your stitches over a hump. The cords are beautifully smooth and they lay however you want them to, not how they come curled up in a package. The picture shows Noro Silk Garden, which is slippery enough to make my hands cramp up when I tried to knit it using the expensive nickel-plated needles. These needles are just right. The stitches stay in your hands if you're working them, but slip past easily as you go on through the row. I highly recommend them.
